How to Be More Compassionate
In this 8-week online course, we’ll explore what psychology, neuroscience, and the wisdom of the world’s spiritual traditions can teach us about increasing our capacity to give and receive compassion. We’ll spend the first four weeks turning inward, focusing on self-compassion, because that is where it all begins. Then, during the second half of the class, we’ll turn outward and look at ways to cultivate lovingkindness toward those around us.
